Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP) is an opportunity for you to let your employees can plan their salaries.
They have the choice to choose which components they would like to include and the amount they wish to receive under each one, with predefined checking and balances.
Situation: Himesh works as a Salesperson for a firm that provides House Rent Allowance (HRA) as well as Helper Allowance and Travel Allowance as FBP elements.
